Diagnostics

We offer FULL ONSITE diagnostics for ALL DMX or RGBW lighting systems. Depicted above is a jobsite in Louisiana that had CONTROL ISSUES and terrible LIGHT OUTPUT TAPER. We flew out to REPROGRAM the system and RE-SETUP the ENTIRE layout. They had this issue for 5 months until they contacted us. We solved it in 5 hours. The second set of pictures is a site that had LOSS of DMX CONTROL with half of their units. Two weeks passed before we were contacted. In two hours they were back to normal.

We test wall washes, spot lights, pars, downlights, up lights, linear, and architectural RGBW fixtures onsite if needed. We also offer diagnostic testing for DMX CONTROLLERS and Wall-Mounts.

If you don’t have a preferred general contractor, we can source a reputable local contractor for you. Installation is a crucial part of any Lighting System setup, and with most projects needing CUSTOM FABRICATION or CONSTRUCTION, we leave that part to the licensed professionals. We do offer installation for smaller setups based on size and amount of fabrication needed.
